How to overcome your fear of rejection.

Don’t Judge your feelings to be bad and wrong but accept your own feelings for they are not all you are but fleeting moments in this journey that is life.

‘Emotions’ can seem like a scary word. Especially, when we’re confronted with the idea of having to share our emotions with others.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week this week and the theme is kindness and I felt like it’s a great opportunity to practice more kindness in our dating lives.

We all feel fear, but rarely do we recognise how our fears drive our actions.

The fear of rejection is an irrational fear that has you convinced that people won't accept you or approve of you due to your opinions, looks, personality values, beliefs or behaviour.

I see a pattern of the men that get a lot of matches on apps. They do some specific things consistently right, something that any man can do if he knows how.
