1. What if I’ve done a bunch of self-work already — will this still help?
Yes. This is for men who’ve read the books, done the therapy, taken the courses — and still find themselves stuck in the same patterns. BTCA helps you embody what you already know, not just intellectualise it.
2. Can I join if I'm currently going through something heavy or personal?
Absolutely. This program is designed to hold men through real-life challenges — not just theory. Many men join while navigating breakups, relationship struggles, or periods of major transition. You don’t need to “have it all together” to start.
3. When are the calls — and do I have to attend all of them?
Calls happen every Wednesday from 7–9pm UK time. Live attendance creates the deepest shifts, but every call is recorded. You’ll also have space to ask questions in between — so you’ll never fall behind.
4. What if I miss a call or fall behind?
No problem. All calls are recorded, and you’ll get access to a private members area where you can catch up at your own pace. There’s also support between calls to help you integrate what you missed.
5. Is this just a bunch of guys talking about feelings?
No. While emotional fluency is part of the work, BTCA gives you tools, structure and leadership training. You’ll learn to take responsibility for your patterns, lead through hard conversations, and create real connection — in dating or long-term love.
6. What if I sign up and something big changes — can I drop out?
Spots are limited and the work builds week to week — so we ask for full commitment. That said, if something serious happens, we’ll work with you to find a solution. If you're unsure, book a call and we’ll help you decide.
